Who we are

MniniMotors (“we”, “us”) operates this website and the used-vehicle dealership located at 1359 Weston Rd, York, ON. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. We follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario law.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us through the forms on this site:

• Contact details — your name, phone number, and email when you inquire about a vehicle, request a financing pre-approval, or ask us for a trade-in offer.
• Vehicle information — the year, make, model, mileage, and condition of a vehicle you want to sell or trade in.
• Financing details — employment status and approximate income range, if you provide them with a financing request. We do not collect SINs, bank account numbers, or credit card numbers through this website.

The payment calculator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter into it is sent to us or stored.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, offer request, or financing application.
• To prepare a trade-in or purchase offer for your vehicle.
• To submit a credit application to lenders, but only when you ask us to proceed with financing and with your consent.
• To complete a vehicle sale, including registration paperwork.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked for them.

Who we share it with

Your information is shared only where needed to serve you: with lenders when you request financing, with government agencies to register a sale (for example, Service Ontario), and with the service providers that host this website and store our data. These providers are bound to handle your data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and offer requests are kept for as long as needed to follow up and for our business records. Records tied to a completed vehicle sale are kept for the period required by tax and motor-vehicle-dealer regulations. You can ask us to delete an inquiry at any time.
